Fee and Payment

$155 for a session

Payment can be made by e-transfer, either before your session or at the end. Receipts are provided after each payment.

I value your time, and I appreciate the same consideration in return.

• I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

• If I ever need to cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, I will gladly offer your next session at no charge.

A limited number of sliding scale spots are available.

I always appreciate the work we’ve done together. I understand that new challenges can arise — or you may simply want to check in, reflect, or refresh the insights you gained in therapy.

If we’ve worked together for approximately 15 sessions or more in the past, but my current fee feels difficult to manage, I’m happy to discuss flexible options that could work for both of us.
